CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Obtain permits if applicable
• Obtain electrician to hook up pump
• Locate all underground lines (phone, electrical, gas, cable, sprinkler, septic)

ITEMS/SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

• Permits
• Removal of sod or topsoil unless agreed upon by customer and My Splash Pad and included in final quote
• Replacement or repair of any utility, septic, sprinkler or other lines of any kind
• Electrical hook-up to the pump
• Will not fix any ruts in lawn or do any repairs to the lawn unless agreed upon by customer and My Splash Pad and included in final quote

Terms: 50% down prior to start of construction, balance due upon completion
